Our technical support sets apart from most other companies in the industry. With some of the best technical engineers in the UK, there very few server management solutions we can't support.

When you buy a solution from us we do more than just sell you a 'box'. We pride ourselves on our pre- and post-sales support. All phone support is free, Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm.

Warranty & Maintenance

We can also offer additional product warranties and on-site support services to ensure the smooth running and integration of your solution.

  • Option 1: Extension of manufacturer's warranty. Choose from 1 or 2 years additional cover.
  • Option 2: Advance replacement. If your solution goes down we'll get a temporary replacement to you whilst your issue is resolved.
  • Option 3: 365 On-Site Support. We can provide engineering resource on-site to fix or replace the problem unit.
